This vacancy is assigned to the Medical VA Care Line at the
VA Medical Center, Bath, New York.
Fee Basis Physiatrist .25 FTEE
Duties include the following:
Act as a physiatrist
consultant to therapy, chiropractic, clinical and medical staff and residents
Provide a thorough physiatry
assessment and prescribe treatment for relief of complex pain or physical
dysfunction due to orthopedic or neurologic problems, evaluation and
prescription for provision of orthotics and prosthetics, and assessment for
OEF/OIF veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury and/or Polytraumatic (multiple

Will see patients in
consultation from other providers to assist with differential Diagnosis and
management of functionally complex conditions.

- Possession a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state
- Board certification
Salary is to be determined, per patient rate.
