This position is located in the Ronald Reagan Building, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave N.W., Washington, DC in the Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment, Information and Office of Planning, Learning and Coordination (E3/PLC).

You will analyze and integrate program financial, technical, procurement, and scheduling information. Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated reporting systems affecting programs with interrelated functions and operations.  Plan and coordinate assigned technical office(s)’ program operations, including programming and budgeting for contracts, cooperative agreements, grants to international organizations, and Interagency Agreements. 

You will monitor budget allocation and execution to ensure that operating program objectives are met. Assist leadership in maintaining budgetary information systems to ensure timely obligation of Field Support funds to track expenditures.   Prepare technical office statistical reports and documents for program and resource budgeting, forecast of requirements, and obligation documents.
