NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excreted position that requires membership in a compatibility assignment in the National Guard. DUTIES: Provides comprehensive human resources management advidsory and technical services for assigned organizations. Serves as the state's principal advisor and consultant to key management and employees on the full range of employee benefits. Administers and provides advice on performance mangement systems, the incentive awards and suggestion programs. Program Manager fort the Incentive Awards Program. Responsible for overseeing and directing the counseling of management, employees, reitrees and family members on a wide range of benefit programs such as CSRS/FERS retirement, Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB), Federal Employee Group Life Insurance (FEGLI), TSP and FECA.
