This position is located in the Ronald Reagan Building, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave N.W., Washington, DC in the Bureau for Economic Growth, Education and Environment, Office of Microenterprise and Private Enterprise Promotion (E3/MPEP).

You serve as an expert and coordinator in providing intellectual leadership and focus in microenterprise and private enterprise projects and programs.  Provide expert advice and guidance on government programs and policies which are of significant interest to the public and Congress as related to microenterprise and private enterprise.  Serve as an expert on the assessment and adoption of appropriate policy, legal, and regulatory frameworks for development programs.  Provide direct advice and guidance to missions and senior technical personnel to ensure that sustainability is integrated in sectorial programs.  Provide supervision and managerial support to a group of employees performing work at the GS-13 to GS-15 levels.
