USAIDs headquarters is centrally located in downtown Washington, DC, at the prestigious Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center on 14th and Pennsylvania Avenue N.W. We are located right on the Federal Triangle Metro (Blue and Orange Lines). The office is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, Smithsonian Institution museums and Washington Monument.

This position is located in the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia, Program Office, Financial Services Division. The incumbent will assist in multiple phases of developing and maintaining the Bureau's operating expense budget and day-to-day financial activities and processes. He/she will be involved in the strategic budget process and the overall strategic plan for the Bureau.


Prepares, analyzes, and compiles data financial and budgetary data into detailed reports, monitors and reviews financial management and information systems, reviews budgetary obligations and allowances allocated for bureau, permits/disburses funds to Washington and field operating units. Oversees materials and submissions for Congressional Budget Justifications (CBJ), prepares operational year budgets and supporting documents, executes budget of multiple program funds related to Central and Eastern European regions, reviews and coordinates accounting records and prepares apportionments, allocations, and operating budgets.
