This position is located in the Office of Information Services, Information Services Design & Development Group, Division of New Development.


In this position you will serve as a Information Technology Specialist (Systems Analysis) performing work related toproject management, design, development and implementation of new and modernized systems projects that have impact on the effectiveness of the Medicare program  Specifically, you will: 

  • Monitor contractors performance in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) requirement (i.e. design, development, testing and implementation of new IT systems).
  • Utilize project management techniques such as earned value management to plan and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Apply program and portfolio management techniques.
  • Evaluate technical systems deliverables to ensure compliance with established enterprise policies, procedures, and standards for IT assigned projects.
