The individual selected for this position may be promoted to the target

in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-09
duties for the "Professional" work
category are at the "Full Performance"
work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-09
level. The selectee's salary will be set
within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's
qualifications in relation to the job.

MAJOR DUTIES for MANAGEMENT
develops, defines, and implements new processes for managing, reporting, and
tracking Directorate information regarding personnel, training and travel
Directorate programs involving civilian personnel actions, travel are in
consonance with direction provided from NASIC, AF ISR Agency and higher
management informed of changes in manpower, organizational policies, and
civilian personnel actions required to process personnel transactions to ensure
proper utilization of manpower resources

to ensure proper course registration, scheduling and attendance
