Maintains, operates, and repairs utility system, major equipments repair and maintain buildings such as, emergency generators, hot water boilers, chillers, roof top units (RTU), air handling units, circulating pumps, and unit heaters.
Operates and repairs auxiliary equipments including vacuum pumps, fuel oil pumps, gas regulators, air compressors, feed water pumps and regulators. Performs major repair on this equipment such as installing, connecting and adjusting components including rotors, electrodes, solenoids, switches, thermostats and rheostats.
Maintains, operates and repairs cooling condensing units. Checks voltage and phase monitoring controls that protect condense compressor, cleans and lubricates cooling fans. Maintains and repairs air handling units. Checks alignment and balance fans, shafts and bearings and adjust as necessary.
Maintains, operates and repairs emergency electrical generator. Performs emergency repair in the health center and government housing units during and/or after normal duty hours, weekends, and holidays which involves equipment failure, utility interruption that involves all trades.
Maintains, operates and repairs the fire alarm system and fire sprinkler system throughout the health center. maintains, operates and repairs the L.P. gas vaporize for the health center and government housing units.
