To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following:
At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service that provided the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this position. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but it must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include: teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation, or industrial establishment; supervising or administering a training program; developing or reviewing training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluating of training results; working in the acquisition field that required training or instructing others on a regular basis.

PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid work on the same basis as for paid experience. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. To receive credit for such experience you must indicate clearly the nature of the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the number of hours per week spent in such employment.
· Background Investigation: You may need to successfully complete a background investigation before appointed into the position.
· Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a one year probationary period.

· Knowledge of adult education principles and instructional systems development.
· Skill in survey principles and data analysis to determine training program strengths and weaknesses, including implementing the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model.
· Ability to plan, design, develop and oversee contract support services related to training materials and instruction provided.
· Ability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels using effective oral and written communication.
