Duties

Analyzes management techniques, processes, and styles for improving organizational effectiveness. Recommends management approaches and work functions needing development and modification.

Performs tasks related to the administrative management of an organization. This includes activities such as interpreting administrative policies, developing and implementing organizational policies, defining administrative requirements, and/or providing advice to management on related issues.

Participates in or executes an HR advisory program for an organization to inform managers and employees of regulatory and procedural human resource requirements. Acts as liaison with the PC Human Resources Office. Coordinates and provides guidance to management on human resources issues.
