SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must possess one year of
specialized experience at the next lower qualifying pay band or equivalent
grade under the General Schedule (GS/GG) pay system or other pay systems. To be creditable, your resume must further
reflect specialized experience, demonstrating quality in the knowledge, skills,
abilities and competencies to meet the requirements of this position. Specialized experience would be
demonstrated by planning, directing, and controlling the
intelligence and communication training program and initiating and conducting a
testing program for intelligence and communications technicians to determine
specific training needs.
Education: Master's or equivalent
graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate
education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
Equivalent combinations of education
and experience are qualifying for all grade levels for which both education and
experience are acceptable.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of AFRC Reserve mission and training
methods, policies, procedures, regulations, instructions, and documentation
2. Knowledge of training goals and objectives to
assist in the management and implementation of training goals for the
intelligence and communications units.
3. Knowledge of methods and procedures for
conducting unit training studies.
4. Knowledge of and skill in using automated
systems to prepare reports and extract data from them. Ability to analyze automated products to determine
adequacy of program and/or deficiencies.
5. Knowledge of intelligence and communications
Air Force Specialty Code skill-level qualifications, update, enhancement, and proficiency
6. Skill in oral and written communication and
ability to coordinate with all levels of command to ensure accomplishment of
training program objectives.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.

This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART)
position. The incumbent is required to
met and maintain Air Force Reserve requirements.
