This position is located in the Office of Human Resources, Employee and Labor Relations Division. The incumbent will provide Labor and Employee Relations advisory services;represent the Agency in Third-party or potential Third Party proceedings;provide Labor Partnering and Negotiations;provide Labor and Employee Agreement Program Administration.

Duties

As a Human Resources Specialist (Employee & Labor Relations), the incumbent will be responsible for providing managers and employees with information and interpretations of labor programs, policies, procedures, and guidelines;providing managers and employees with information and interpretations of USAIDs employee conduct and performance management, benefits administration, and other work life programs, procedures, practices, policies and guidelines;serving as a technical advisor or management representative in cases with potential impact on a labor relations program area in a major USAID organizational segment;conducting systematic studies and prepares statistical reports and or written guidance to address subjects of union and management interest.
