For the GS-9 level: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 level in the Federal service; OR have completed a Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.B or J.D., if related; OR have a combination of post baccalaureate education and experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position. Examples of qualifying experience include: serving as first-level contact for HR Information Systems software and application problems and responding to customer inquiries; participating in regular audits or reviews of user accounts; assisting senior staff with developing and implementing new systems; assisting with managing corporate HR websites; assisting in preparing funding requests to support development and maintenance of Enterprise IT systems to support HR business processes.
For the GS-11 level: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to the GS-9 level in the Federal service; OR have completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or three (3) full years of progressively higher graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.M, if related; OR have a combination of graduate level education and experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position. Examples of qualifying experience includes: serving as first-level contact for HR Information System software and application problems and responding to customer inquiries; providing analysis of HRIS initiatives with regards to Help Desk tickets, training and development and Help Desk documentation; advising managers regarding HR systems operations and a wide variety of personnel applications and programs; assisting in developing and implementing new HR information systems, ensuring that they encompass HR operations, regulations, policies and procedures; providing support to HR Specialists in the operation, maintenance and capabilities of HR information systems.

- Qualified for those who only meet the minimum qualification requirements
