JOB SUMMARY:

The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force.

This position is located at the Patriot Club . 

The Patriot Club, winner of MWR's "Best Catered Event", provided quality catering in formal and informal environments.  The club has two cocktail lounges, small and large ballrooms, banquet rooms, conference and party rooms, a barber shop, and full catering services.

Intermittent/Flexible employees may work up to 40 hours per week.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions in support of the activity to which assigned. 
  • Receives and reviews incoming documents for completeness taking or coordinating and tracking required action. 
  • Establishes and maintains office files in accordance with regulatory guidance/procedures. 
  • Responds to customer inquiries and complaints providing general information and assistance concerning office function, established procedures , etc. 
  • May be responsible for automated time and attendance processing. 
  • May perform a variety of complex typing.

  • Progressively responsible clerical experience, which involved the use of calculations and personal computers to include Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM.
