This Intelligence Operations Specialist position is located in the Plans, Production, and Communication Division, Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  If selected for this position, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the design and presentation of the Transportation Security Information Sharing Environment (TSISE) marketing plan, performing work in the Plans Requirements and Communications Branch of OIA.  You will be required to evaluate Transportation Security Information (TSI) activities with risk implications to the transportation network and report outcomes and stakeholder feedback to OIA, TSA, and DHS policy makers.  Typical assignments will include:

  • Defining stakeholder information sharing requirements based on Federal government directives, legislation, DHS and TSA policies, intelligence resourcing and capabilities, risk evaluation, and stakeholder interaction.  Ensuring all requirements are captured in the Customer Management System (CMS).
  • Responding to all audits and third party validation measures relating to TSA information sharing capabilities.
  • Ensuring timely submission of the TSISE annual report to Congress.
