This position is a Central Regional Command position in the Operations Directorate, Office of Director of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Boeing St. Louis located in Hazelwood, MO.

Duties

Major Duties:

  • Serves as Director, Integrated Cost Analysis Teams (ICAT) at a Contract Management Office (CMO), interacting the other CMO managers and supervisors as well as with contractor officials relating to pricing major systems contracts.

  • The workload consists of contracts and proposals for critical and/or complex ACAT 1 and 2 prime contracts and subcontracts, as well as for complex military components, assemblies, or systems.

 

  • The Integrated Cost Analyst Team (ICAT) is responsible for providing expert guidance, assistance, planning, and critical analysis to major acquisition offices as well as Contract Management Office (CMO) management and Contract Management Office (CMO) personnel.

 

  • Monitors negotiations with the contractor involving rates and settlement of prices for unpriced orders under basic ordering agreements.

 

  • Reviews and approves negotiation position based on technical reviews, personal knowledge of the contractor's operations and complex guidelines governing profit and fee.

 

  • The team is engaged in the negotiation, review, surveillance, and implementation of contract administration functions relative to pricing under the cognizance of the CMO.

 

  • Provides overall leadership to the team; performs all the supervisory responsibilities throughout subordinate team leaders and serves as part of a team of managers representing all major acquisition functions.
