As a Program Analyst in the National Guard Bureau, State Adjutant General, United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) you will monitor and ensure effectiveness of operations regarding logistics accountability and serve as an advisor to the USPFO regarding compliance, accountability and mission limiting issues.

· Serves as an advisor on the evaluation of basic program policies, requirements and procedures.
· Develops plans and procedures for validation unit accountability and inventory certificates.
· Evaluates unit and organizational effectiveness.
· Measures efficiency and trends which impact the effectiveness of organizational goals and objectives.
· Recommends internal reporting and status tracking procedures to ensure required actions are completed.

To qualify for this Program Analyst GS-09 position you must have:
At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 in the Federal Service analyzing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of programs; reporting and/or tracking program changes; and providing advice and/or guidance on program related issues.
A master's or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
A combination of the required specialized experience and education for this grade level.
