This position is located in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Foods and Veterinary Medicine (OFVM), Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM), Office of Management (OM), Rockville, Maryland.  The incumbent serves as the eLearning Coordinator on the CVM Talent Development Staff (TDS), responsible for overseeing the administration of eLearning for the Center.

Duties

 • Oversees the administration of the Learning Management System for the Center. 

• Coordinates the preparation and management of training program budgets.

• Promotes the Learning Management System to the Center including training, marketing, and support activities.

• Oversees and promotes development and implementation of eLearning for the Center.

• Evaluates the effectiveness of eLearning programs in promoting knowledge or skill acquisition.

• Creates and maintains databases and/or web sites that support all training programs.
