The incumbent of this position will have responsibility at the national level. The incumbent works independently or as a member of a team to support the Branch's mission and goals. The incumbent makes programmatic recommendations necessary to develop and implement national interventions for technical assistance using appropriate options to establish, manage, and administer contracts and interagency agreements. This individual also makes policy recommendations related to the branch performance indicator development to enable monitoring and evaluation of grantee IIS contracts and agreements. The incumbent will serve independently or as a member of a team to provide guidance, technical assistance, and consultation as a project officer to health departments or other organizations in planning, management, execution and evaluation of their activities using GSA or other contractual processes.
