NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED:  This is an excepted position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the New York Army National Guard.  Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform.  Acceptance of an excepted position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. 

 

 

This position is located in the Joint Forces Headquarters—State, Logistics Directorate (J-4), Surface Maintenance Facility.

Duties

The primary purpose of this position is to prepare and apply coating materials such as paints, varnishes, and rust proofing compounds on stationary and mobile equipment and on combat, tactical, and commercial vehicles.
