You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-11 level. Specialized experience is defined as experience in examining engineering issues and performing modeling of bulk power systems of the electric industry.
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-12 level. Specialized experience is defined as experience in examining complex engineering issues and performing modeling of bulk power systems of the electric industry.
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-13 level. Specialized experience is defined as significant experience in examining complex engineering issues and performing modeling of bulk power systems of the electric industry.

In addition to the requirements above, you must either have or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Clearance upon appointment to this position.

-Ability to use PSLF and/or PSSE engineering modeling software.
