Location: This position is within the Office of Acquisition & Logistics in Golden, CO

Duties

This position is in the Veteran Service Division hearing aid repair program at the Denver Distribution Center (DDC).

  • Responsible for customer service hearing air repair related issues including, veteran, clinic and contractor problem resolution for hearing aid repair orders.
  • Performs inspection and trouble diagnosis of hearing aids.
  • Generates purchase orders to repair vendors authorizing repairs to be performed.
  • Tests repaired hearing aids using electro-acoustic sound measurement test instrumentation.
