NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excepted position that requires membership in a compatibility assignment in the National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment.

AREA I - All New Jersey National Guard (NJNG) Technicians
AREA II - All Members of the NJNG
AREA III - All personnel eligible for membership in the NJARNG
If a New Jersey Air National Guard (NJANG) member is selected, the person must transfer to the NJARNG, and may be required to attend U.S. Army Basic Training. Applicant may contact an Army National Guard Recruiter.
If the individual selected is currently on a title 10 tour no action can be taken until he/she is released from tour.

DUTIES: Develops, implements and evaluates the logistics and property accountability plans and policies for the organization. Develops and coordinates the execution of the command supply discipline program, command maintenance discipline program, and other directed command inspection programs. May supervise and maintain property book accountability utilizing an automated system and related computer programs to account for property. May coordinate with the state level headquarters and subordinate elements of the organization on the lateral transfer and/or turn in of excess property. May establish quality control procedures and oversees the edit of all documents.
