Everyday our Management and Program Analysts (Quality Management Specialist) serve as a communications bridge between the component leadership HQ, OPQ, and other USCIS offices for quality management matters, ensuring the effective implementation of quality policies and procedures.
This position of MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST (QUALITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST) starts at a salary of $81,823.00 (GS-13 step 1) to $106,369.00 (GS-13 step 10).
