Everyday our Management and Program Analysts (Quality Assurance) serve as a communications bridge between the component leadership HQ, OPQ, and other USCIS offices for quality management matters, ensuring the effective implementation of quality policies and procedures.
This position of MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (QUALITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST) starts at a salary of $81,823.00(GS-13 step 1) to $119,935.00 (GS-13 step 10).
