Location: These positions are located in SBA's Office of Capital Access, Office of Financial Program Operations, National Disaster Loan Resolution Center, located in Birmingham, Alabama..

The incumbent serves as a Loan Servicing Assistant performing a variety of quasi-technical duties necessary to the servicing and/or collections of all types of SBA loans.
