The Pathways Recent Graduates Program allows recent graduates to enter into a career at Ex-Im Bank in entry level professional positions. This new program offers formal training, an assigned mentor and a developmental career path within the Bank. Successful applicant(s) will enter into a written agreement for a year or two depending on the position. During this program, you are entitled to the Banks full benefits package including health insurance. Successful completion of this program may lead to a permanent position.
