If you are selected for this position, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate and assemble administrative data in order to respond to inquiries from various levels of management.
Serve as liaison between staff and supervisor regarding personnel issues.
Prepare a variety of office documents, spreadsheets and presentation packages.
Maintain manuals related to administrative and operational procedures.
Perform a variety of human resource related duties.

You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS- 07 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector. Examples of qualifying experience include: coordinating the logistics for meetings and conferences; coordinating travel activities; preparing requisitions for the purchase of office supplies and/or miscellaneous items; maintaining the supervisor's calendar and work schedule; maintaining various tracking systems and control files; providing guidance and advice in various administrative areas.
