• Performs administrative duties as Executive Assistant, and provides administrative support to other Office units as necessary.
• Acts as a confidant to the Associate Director in the discussion of plans, actions and program.
• Provides suggestions and/or recommendations for consideration in connection with problems, actions, or plans under discussion.
• Consolidates and compiles data from the HHS Learning Portal (LMS) to produce training reports in database software.
• Compiles and consolidates training data and costs from the HHS Learning Portal (LMS) to produce cost and effectiveness reports.
• Assists in data entry tasks associated with the HHS Learning Portal (LMS) to update course information, attendance, and results from each course roster.
• Provides analytical support on administrative issues and identifies solutions or alternative methods.
• Serves as Employee onboarding Co-Coordinator for the Center.
• Integrates new employees into the Center.

To qualify for this position at the GS-09 level, you must have:
At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or higher in the Federal service that included administering an employee onboarding program within an organization; providing employee onboarding surveys and assessments; assisting in analyzing workforce issues and coordinating workforce plans and compilation of data; and conducting analysis of data and preparing reports to summarize data; OR a master's or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related; OR a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.

To qualify for this position at the GS-11 level, you must have:
At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or higher in the Federal service that included administering an employee onboarding program within an organization; creating employee onboarding surveys and assessments; analyzing workforce issues and coordinating workforce plans and compilation of data; and conducting analyses of data and developing recommendations; OR a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related; OR a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.

To qualify for this position at the GS-12 level, you must have:
At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service that included administering an employee onboarding program within an organization; creating employee onboarding surveys and assessments; analyzing workforce issues and coordinating workforce plans and compilation of data; and conducting analyses of data and based on conclusions initiates or recommends changes to program.

NOTE: COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: An appropriate combination of successfully completed education and experience may be used to meet the total qualification requirements. To combine education and experience, determine the applicant's total qualifying experience as a percentage of the experience required for the grade level. Then determine the applicant's education as a percentage of the education required for the grade level. Finally, add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.
