Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal Service performing the following duties 1) Utilizing publishing software applications (such as Arbortext, Quicksilver (Interleaf), Framemaker, Adobe Professional, Vector Image, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator etc.) to update manuals and other publications, 2) Preparing budgets, cost proposals, and Statement of Works (SOW) for aircraft weapon system technical data modification projects and 3) Evaluating contracts and contractors for adherence to technical data requirements. OR
Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree;OR
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR
LL.M. if related to the position. OR
Have a combination of experience as described above and education as described above which, when combined, is equivalent to 100% of the qualification requirement.
