This position is located in the Bureau of Overseas buildings Operations, Program Development, Coordination and Support Directorate, Office of Project Development and Coordination, Project Analysis Division (OBO/PDCS/PDC/PA). PA assists the PDC geographic branches by providing support in the development of their projects from inception to completion. PA is responsible for project/program coordination throughout OBO, the Department, posts overseas, and many tenant agencies.
The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst responsible for conducting analytical studies of assigned PDC operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency in the development of improved methods in support of division’ training and automation programs, developing and managing new collaborative technologies, evaluating data from studies on processes/procedural issues, and developing department guidance, training, and procedures for assigned programs.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Relocation expenses will NOT be paid.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
- Incumbent will be subject to random drug testing.
- Overseas travel maybe required.
