This position is located in the Bureau for Management's, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Planning and Administration Division, (M/CIO/PAD). The PAD Division is responsible for supporting the management of the Agency's Information Technology and Management Program, the acquisition of Federal Information Technology (IT) Resources, commodities and services for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The incumbent serves as an Information Technology Specialist (Policy and Planning) for PAD. The incumbent provides IT support in the program management aspects of the Agency's efforts as related to preparation of materials related to Information Technology (IT) business plans, budgets, investment packages, policies, procedures and other analysis.
