This position is located in the U.S. Department of Education (ED); Office of Management (OM); Facilities Services (FS); Customer Services Division. The incumbent of this position performs a wide variety of program assignments, including reviewing plans, analyzing and developing program requirements, establishing and revising operating procedures, reviewing operations, facilitating and managing program changes including resource requirements, and providing technical assistance to customers.
