In order to qualify for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
· Experience performing routine office automation duties, budget and record keeping.
· Experience developing, maintaining, verifying and reviewing financial records.
· Experience preparing travel orders and ensuring all travel requirements are completed prior to and after official travel .
· Assuring proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, procedural requirement, format and arrangement of material and correspondence.
· Developing methods and procedures for administration, fiscal, budget, personnel tasks.
