GG-12: IN ADDITION to meeting one of the basic entry qualifications requirements listed above, you MUST have at least 1 year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience is related to the work of the position and equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Qualifying experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in administering a language training program; development and review of training courses materials and evaluation of training results; Work in the occupation or subject matter field which required training or instructing others on a regular basis; Participating in the design and development of new language courses and modules;
Participating in researching, incorporating, and advising on the use of education technology and computer-based training in the training courses and programs.
GG-13: Additionally, all applicants who apply to the GG-13 grade level must have the specialized experiences equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Extensive knowledge in administrating a language training program, development and review of training courses materials and evaluation of training results; Experience in the occupation or subject matter field which required training or instructing others on a regular basis; Designing and development of new language courses and modules; Researching, incorporating, and advising on the use of education technology and computer-based training in the raining courses and programs.

Qualified candidates are assigned a score between 70 and 100.
