JOB SUMMARY:

Provide Food & Beverage Controller duties at one of our several outstanding full-service cafeterias located on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Responsible for all aspects of food and beverage control to include inventory management; food and beverage cost analysis and controls; variance analysis and reporting; sensitive item inventory control and analysis; scheduling and payroll cost analysis; and internal control for point of sale, inventory and beverage control systems.

Studies food and beverage activities to provide advisory services to operating managers and members of management. Interviews personnel; researches records; reviews reports, financial statements, and inventory records to gather data. Observes and analyzes mission, organization, work processes, methods, procedures, etc. to recommend improvement of present practices to improve revenue, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

Possess strong analytical skills and advanced abilities with spreadsheet functions as demonstrated through experience in the accounting or related field (e.g. Finance, Business Administration etc.)
