You will serve as a Customer Service Representative in Reference Core 2 of the National Personnel Records Center, located at 1 Archives Drive, Spanish Lake, Missouri, performing a variety of duties to process and respond to customer inquiries.

GS-3 – Candidates must have at least six months of general experience. 


General experience is progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work which shows that you have the ability to obtain the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of this position.


Education may be substituted for experience.  GS-3 – One year of education above the high school level.


Combination of Experience and Education: You may combine post-high school education and general experience to meet the total requirements for this position.
