This position is located with the Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office, Lake Berryessa Recreation Resources Division. Lake Berryessa is located 25 miles north of Napa, a great wine producing region in California. The San Francisco Bay Area is 70 miles to the south. The area has warm summer temperatures and mild winters. The lake is a very popular recreation area for the cities of Napa, Fairfield, and Vacaville.

Duties

The incumbent will serve as Office Automation Clerk performing a variety of office automation and clerical assignments. Uses automation equipment and software (word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.) to produce a wide variety of narrative and tabular material, e.g., correspondence, reports, graphics, calendars, charts, statistical tables and various forms and documents. Prepares material from rough or revised drafts. Ensures correct grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation of final copy. Establishes and maintains office files and records. Files various documents (e.g., reports, and general correspondence). Searches and locates records and documents for a variety of information. Furnishes information and refers callers to others or takes messages.
