You must have one year Specialized Experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private/military sector) giving the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position. Experience must be reflected in your resume.
Specialized experience required for this position is:
- Experience with planning and coordinating the logistical actions required to support IT operations for a large organization
- Develop, analyze, evaluate and provide technical expertise on methods to improve end-to-end Integrated Logistics support for IT hardware assets and software throughout the asset life cycle
- Experience with coordinating on policies, procedures and administrative matters with respect to procurement, supply property accountability, disposal, and maintenance and repair services
- Adopt new theories, concepts, and/or developments to supply problems not susceptible to treatment by accepted supply methods, techniques, or procedures.
Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
- Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the use of logistics, asset and facility management
- Knowledge of the goals and objectives of logistics, asset, supply and facilities programs
- Skill in the identification, analysis and resolution of a range of problems

This position is designated special sensitive as defined in DoD 5200.2-R and therefore requires that a personnel security investigation be adjudicated for security eligibility on a pre-appointment basis. This requirement may take 120 days or longer to process. The incumbent must complete a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and favorable adjudication by a determining authority and be eligible for a Top Secret clearance and access to sensitive compartmented information (SCI).

This position is subject to the DoD Drug Free Workplace Program.
