This position is located in the Web & Customer Service Unit (WCSU), Office of Public and Diplomatic Liaison, Visa Services (CA/VO/P); The WCSU primarily maintains United States visa web content on the Department’s internet, Travel.state.gov and intranet, CAWeb. The WCSU role is in support of the Department of State, Visa Services Office mission which encompasses procedures and providing information related to United States visa issuance to foreign citizens who are applying at U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide, seeking to come to the United States. The WCSU and incumbent's work addresses the public diplomacy aspects of visa web issues, such as Visa Services Office interpretation of U.S. visa laws, policies, regulations, and then providing clear and understandable web based information on the public facing Internet Travel.state.gov website, and our Intranet, CAWeb.
- Incumbent will be subject to random drug testing.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Relocation expenses will NOT be paid.
