This vacancy is for an IT Specialist (Applications Software) position to lead the Regional Offices Control Systems Development (ROSCO) Team in the Technologies Management Office (TMO) located at the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters in Suitland, Maryland. This team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the three large systems used to control and track progress and cost of the Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing data capture operations for surveys processed at the Census Bureau. The duties of this team include project management, design, code/test, configuration management, and support/maintenance.
