Performs duties and responsibilities as substitute for secretaries in Offices of Board Members, Staff Directors, and Office of the Secretary, and on occasion, offices of other divisions. Executive secretaries are usually given the most complex, long-term assignments and critical deadline work in Governors' offices. Periodically performs difficult and varied executive level secretarial work for representatives of the Federal Reserve System groups.

Flexibility in scheduling working hours and ability to work occasional overtime required. Qualified candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment and the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy. Applicants will be required to demonstrate their writing and editing ability, and their word-processing skills.

FR 22, 6yrs Specific Experience
Requires high-level secretarial, office management, and administrative skills. Also requires strong oral and written communication and organizational skills. Must have an ability to work with an array of information technologies, manage interpersonal relations across a broad spectrum of contacts, and exercise substantial independent judgment regarding priorities and requirements of Board members and other senior-level Board officers. Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience plus 6 years of increasingly responsible specialized experience using various types of complex computer software.
