Who May Apply: You may apply as a Merit Promotion candidate if you are a current or former career/career conditional Federal employee with competitive status or eligible for consideration under a special hiring authority (i.e, VEOA, VRA, Schedule A).
This position is located in the Office of Resource Management, Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM), Office of Acquisition, Logistics and Construction, Office of the Secretary, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The office is responsible for the financial management of VA's major and minor construction programs, administrative budget, human resource management, training, management of Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act inquiries, information technology liaison services, and logistics support. This position serves as a program specialist and provides assistance to the Associate Executive Director of Resource Management by overseeing and coordinating administrative processes and procedures for the office.
