Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on his/her expertise as a Facilities, Equipment and Services Technician. You can make a difference in the West by assisting in meeting increasing water demands while protecting the environment.
Would you enjoy ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Government facilities? Incumbent has primary responsibility for the routine physical operation and general maintenance of a dam. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating, operating and inspecting all electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment; using the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) or local manual control to make water releases and gate changes; and serving as a team leader for work groups performing these activities.
