As a Senior Human Resources Specialist you will:
Perform position classification duties.
Provide full range of HR related functions including: staffing, recruitment and pay administration.
Manage a full range of requests for personnel actions (reassignments, promotions, recruits, etc.).

You must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
To qualify at the CU-13 level, you must have one full year of specialized experience at the CU/GS-12 level in the federal or private sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience conducting human resources management operations and management advisory services in the areas of staffing/placement, classification/ position management; and interpreting and applying laws, regulations and policies pertaining to external hiring and internal placement.
You must meet the qualifications for this position by the closing date of this announcement.

SALARY: Pay will be set using NCUA's Compensation policy. The salary range shown is NCUA's National Pay Rate (NPR). The NPR will increase by the geographic rate for the assigned duty location. NCUA IS A COMPETITIVE SERVICE AGENCY.
