This position is located in the Office of Deputy Secretary, Risk Management Service.  As a Student Trainee (Program Support Clerk) you will:

  • Perform clerical and routine administrative duties in support of the program.
  • Independently, research files, compile information from program documents, and prepare abstracts for use in business and technical memoranda, letters, reports, and/or briefing papers.
  • Receive and distribute mail and compose replies to routine correspondence.
  • Greet visitors, receive calls and provide available information from a variety of sources in response to routine requests.
  • Establish and maintain files; requisition supplies, equipment and maintenance services.
  • Have responsibility for arranging logistics for meetings and conferences.

To qualify for this position, you must be a student enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a qualifying educational or certification program.

Completion of 1 year of general experience or 2 years above high school OR
