In order to be qualified for this position, you must possess one of the following:
A. One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-04 level in the Federal service, preparing recurring financial or budgetary reports; entering and tracking financial data in automated accounting or budgetary systems; preparing reports and correspondence using word processing software; reviewing documents to ensure correct grammar and punctuation are used; providing receptionist services; and organizing and maintaining files. - OR -
B. A Bachelor's or higher degree in any field from an accredited institution of higher learning. - OR -
C. A combination of experience described in letter A above and post high school education described in letter B above that, when combined, equals 100% of the total requirement. (Please note that only education in excess of the first 60 semester hours may be used in this calculation.)
