Specialized Experience: Applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as exercising management or program specialist work involving the development and implementation of policy related to protection, conservation, or management of park areas or similar operations.
Time-In-Grade: Time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. This requires applicants who have held a GS position at any time within the past 52 weeks to have served at least 52 weeks at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for this occupation.
