GS-13 level Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent. Specialized experience is defined as having advanced experience in all of the following disciplines: developing applications using Microsofts VB and C# .NET programming languages; implementing, administering, and developing custom solutions for an enterprise-wide MS SharePoint 2010 platform; designing web pages using the latest markup and scripting languages; developing queries, views and stored procedures against MSSQL databases; and demonstrated experience following a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.

Specialized experience is defined as having advanced experience in all of the following disciplines: developing applications using Microsofts VB and C# .NET programming languages; implementing, administering, and developing custom solutions for an enterprise-wide MS SharePoint 2010 platform; designing web pages using the latest markup and scripting languages; developing queries, views and stored procedures against MSSQL databases; demonstrated experience following a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology; gathering business requirements from customers and translating them into technical solutions; and being a technical/team lead and exercising program management skills in an application development environment.
Additional Qualifications for both grades:
-Advanced experience in developing custom solutions in SharePoint 2010 using Microsoft Visual Studio for an enterprise-wide (less than 500 users) SharePoint environment.
-Experience in hands-on software development, coding, and system configuration using Microsofts Visual Studio 2010 Development Environment.
-Experience in hands-on software development, coding, and system configuration using Microsofts SQL Server 2008 Management Studio
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must meet the Time in Grade Restriction.
Time in Grade Restriction: Must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade level (or equivalent).
