This is a full-time TEMPORARY position; may be extended up to 2 years.
This position is located in Great Lakes, IL, on the staff of the Commander, Navy Region Midwest. The Midwest Region consists of sixteen states: Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and selected provinces within Canada.
The person selected for this position will oversee the training of personnel who perform Funeral Honors to include procedures and dress code. Other duties include but not be limited to quality assurance of trained personnel, tasking of funerals, and mileage claims review.
